Job Description

To guarantee the operational efficiency of assigned PLE Machines, it is essential to conduct thorough checks on their condition and address any issues encountered during previous runs. This involves ensuring that all necessary parameters are properly set and inputting accurate data into the working system as per activity requirements.

The primary responsibilities of this role include preparation of assigned PLE Lines prior to production utilization, maintaining cleanliness of these lines, and facilitating maintenance and cleaning of all packing-related equipment. Additionally, it is crucial to ensure compliance with factory safety rules and regulations, participate in NSMS/NEMS activities, and contribute to MDWT initiatives.

This position also involves conducting weekly and daily care maintenance after every production cycle, assisting UHT technicians with machine scheduled TPMS, and taking an active part in quality and productivity-related programs of the organization.

Other key responsibilities include performing additional jobs assigned by superiors and participating in activities aimed at improving hygiene, sanitation, NGMP, and environmental cleaning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be a college graduate of any course
  • Must be 18 years old and above
  • Willingness to undergo additional training and adapt to new assignments
