Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing automation professional to join our team. As a key member of our support center, you will be responsible for setting up and configuring software solutions, automating processes, managing leads, and analyzing campaign performance.

About the Role
  • Automation Expertise: Customize settings to align with business processes and goals; ensure seamless integration with existing tools and platforms.
  • Process Optimization: Implement automated workflows, create and manage automated campaigns, and optimize automated processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Lead Management: Set up lead capture forms, landing pages, and funnels; configure lead scoring and segmentation; implement lead nurturing strategies to maximize conversion rates.
  • Crm Management: Customize and manage customer relationship management systems to meet business needs; ensure accurate data entry and maintenance.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage marketing campaigns using software solutions; set up and track email, SMS, and social media campaigns; analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Communication Channels: Configure communication channels within software solutions (email, SMS, chat); set up and manage appointment scheduling and reminders.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards; monitor key metrics and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 5 years experience in using software solutions for marketing automation and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and client-facing abilities.
