We're looking for a Marketplace Content Associate to join our Trust & Safety team. As a key member, you'll perform content moderation in all areas related to Trust and Safety across countries where we operate.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual moderation functions for incoming listings/users from different sources of report.
  • Evaluate listings and users on our platform for compliance with our policies.
  • ID suspicious or undesirable content or behavior and take appropriate actions.
  • Utilize various tools to moderate content effectively.
  • Identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions to enhance User experience and maintain platform safety.
  • Respond to tickets related to fraud, disputes, account enforcement, and authority requests.
  • Escalate concerns from various channels within the organization.

You'll be working closely with our Trust & Safety Associate Manager to ensure seamless content moderation processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Nice to have:
    • Experience in payment dispute management/representation and documentation.
    • Knowledge of chargeback regulations and industry standards.
    • Bachelor's/College degree in Business, Management, or IT related courses.
    • Background in Quality Assurance or Administrative experience.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and relevant industry-specific programs.
  • Detailed-oriented mindset to identify patterns quickly.
  • Highly analytical skills to discern different levels of content compliance.

Others:

  • Conversant in English & Filipino, whether verbal or written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Passion for technology and self-growth.
  • Tech-savvy; requires minimal training to learn new systems & technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with deadlines.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work on a 12-month contract and have a work-from-home setup.
