Position: SAP Support Specialist

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification is a plus
  • Proven experience as an SAP Specialist or SAP Consultant with at least 3 years of experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes
  • Proficient in SAP modules and associated transactions relevant to organizational operations.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with SQL in SAP environments and SAP HANA database.
  • Understanding of SAP ERP systems, including customization and integration
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Experience in SAP security and compliance best practices

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administer, monitor, and maintain SAP systems with a focus on the SAP HANA database,
  • Monitor and administer system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as required, ensuring system stability and security
  • Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using SAP
  • Maintain documentation of all customization and development of SAP solutions to meet specific business needs.
  • Provide properly documented end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues
  • Support SAP integrations with other systems and applications
  • Supervise and support data migration, data cleansing, and data archiving activities within SAP
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect SAP systems and data
  • Proactively identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in SAP applications
  • Develop and deliver SAP training programs to onboard new users and promote best practices
