US Healthcare Recruiter Role
">As a dedicated US healthcare recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and onboarding skilled healthcare professionals to meet the needs of our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Utilize market research and outreach to expand candidate pipelines and networks.
Qualifications and Skills
">- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment, preferably with a proven track record of successful placements.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and US time zones, as needed.
