Key Responsibilities:- Complete and submit prior authorization forms accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough research on medications and treatments using trusted online resources to understand their use and relevance to requests.
- Establish effective communication with healthcare providers and insurance companies to gather and verify information as needed.
- Monitor and follow up on submitted authorizations to ensure timely approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of all authorization requests and outcomes.
- At least six months experience in business process outsourcing handling a US healthcare account.
- Strong knowledge in submitting and processing prior-authorizations.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Ability to work night shifts.
