Job Overview

This senior management role is responsible for leading a team of virtual assistants and ensuring their performance meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing daily operations, problem-solving, and goal-setting for virtual assistant-client pairs to meet client targets
  • Collaborating with clients to create task lists for productivity and business growth
  • Providing guidance to clients on utilizing Global Medical services for business development
  • Client-VA relationship management
  • Mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, and handling situations for high-level escalations and negotiations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a medical or healthcare-related field preferred
  • At least three years of experience in healthcare management, remote management, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with professionals in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, organized, and focused individual with a growth mindset
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and Google Suite
