Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a challenging technical recruiter position.

This role requires a strong background in recruiting for IT and engineering roles, handling software developers, QA engineers, DevOps, network admins, or mechanical/electrical engineers with confidence in tech-related skills.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality, communication, and urgency matter greatly.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Full-cycle recruitment for technical positions across IT and Engineering disciplines
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each technical job opening
  3. Sources candidates using various methods including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels
  4. Evaluates candidates based on their technical qualifications and cultural fit
  5. Coodinates interviews and handles all aspects of candidate communication
  6. Tackles progress tracking utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a technical recruiter with proven results
  • Direct experience recruiting for IT and/or Engineering positions
  • Excellent understanding of technical skills, tools, and industry-specific terminology
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), agencies, or high-volume environments
  • Familiarity with niche technologies or hard-to-fill engineering roles
  • A collaborative approach with a solution-focused mindset
