Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Property Manager with deep knowledge of U.S. property management, proven leadership skills, and the ability to balance tenant relations, administrative efficiency, and team management in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior on-site property managers to ensure best practices are followed across the team.
  • Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolution of escalated tenant issues, ensuring compliance with lease terms.
  • Manage leasing activities, including advertising, coordinating with your on-site team for property showings, applicant screening, and drafting lease agreements.
  • Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance repairs and upgrades, and collaborate with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational improvements.
  • Oversee properties' financial performance, including budgeting and maximizing financial outcomes.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities.
  • A strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management is essential.
  • Prior experience managing or leading a property management team is required.
  • Proficiency with property management software is necessary for success in this role.
  • Availability to work in US time zones is also a must.
