We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

As a key member of our client operations team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding families through the discovery process and converting qualified leads into successful service engagements.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who is client-centric, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about educational success. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end student–instructor matching process, from reviewing intake insights and evaluating instructor fit to coordinating assignments, updating systems, and tracking key service metrics.

Key responsibilities include leading initial client engagement by responding to inquiries, conducting discovery calls, and guiding families toward the appropriate educational services to support successful onboarding. Additionally, you will execute follow-up strategies based on lead quality and lifecycle stage, maintain strong pipeline hygiene, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth client journey.

To be successful in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in education, communications, or sales. One to three years of experience in sales, client services, or customer success is also necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools, are essential.
