Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ETL pipeline of digital media, third party, and client data streams across multiple clients.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data visualisations, reports, and ad hoc analysis for both internal and client usage.
  • Unify disparate data sources into cohesive, cross-channel dashboards for both internal and client usage.
  • Provide input and guidance around data visualisation and reporting structures to team members.
  • Proactively identify trends and opportunities in performance data, working with team members to provide strategic insights that drive optimization and campaign strategy.
  • Develop expertise in the digital marketing ecosystem and in media analytics tools across digital channels.
  • Mentor and train new or junior team members on data best practices, tools, and proprietary software.
  • Develop and codify best practices across teams.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with MS Excel, ability to think creatively about challenging problems.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL.
  • Hands-on experience working with cloud-based data management tools like AWS S3, Athena, and Amazon Glue Studio for ETL development.
  • Proven ability to manage ETL pipelines and automate data workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing complex data visualizations and reports using platforms like Salesforce Datorama, Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details.
  • Ability to contribute to an entrepreneurial, team-based environment.
