HubSpot Developer Role

We are seeking a seasoned HubSpot expert to join our team as a developer. This is a leadership position that requires strategy, system design, and hands-on implementation.

About the Role
  • Leverage process-first thinking to guide clients in optimizing their go-to-market strategies inside HubSpot.
  • Design and build smart systems across all Hubs, owning the entire delivery process from mapping to quality assurance.

This role involves advising on complex systems, staying current on HubSpot features, and taking initiative to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead HubSpot CRM and GTM architecture for implementation and optimization across Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops, and CMS hubs.
  2. Translate business needs into technical designs using Lucidchart or Miro.
  3. Build and optimize HubSpot assets like workflows, pipelines, custom properties, lists, reports, sequences, and automations.
  4. Perform thorough end-to-end testing and QA.
  5. Facilitate working sessions with clients to identify root problems and recommend strategic CRM solutions.
  6. Advise on and implement ABM, lead scoring, attribution, lifecycle management, sales enablement, and handover processes.
  7. Collaborate with RevOps and Strategy teams to deliver results that drive business value.
  8. Handle basic API integrations and work with developers on advanced builds.
  9. Stay up-to-date with HubSpot's latest updates and suggest new ideas.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience across the full HubSpot suite.
  • Proven success delivering complex CRM and automation projects within HubSpot.
  • Strong expertise in workflow automation, pipeline setup, lead lifecycle design, reporting, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot APIs and basic integration techniques.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methods, sprint planning, and client delivery workflows.
  • Proficiency in system mapping tools like Lucidchart or Miro.
  • Excellent English communication skills—confident in presenting and leading sessions.
  • High attention to documentation, QA, and testing.
  • Proactive and takes ownership of work.
  • Business-minded and eager to solve real-world problems, not just technical tasks.
