As a senior financial analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's financial planning and performance. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and analyze financial information on costs, prices, expenses, and revenues, as well as to develop simple analyses of economic indicators in order to prepare forecasts and analyses of the company's short- and long-term position.


You will work closely with operations to complete daily margin reports, provide support on data sources and discrepancies, and offer insights into assumptions for cost estimations such as wage rates, taxes, benefits, and PTO. You will also hold weekly review calls with operations to discuss trends and performance and develop action plans on areas of opportunity to optimize monthly performance.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with operations to complete daily margin reports
  • Providing support on data sources and discrepancies
  • Offering insights into assumptions for cost estimations
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve data accuracy and forecast reliability
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Analyzing client, site, geography, and department P&Ls
  • Performing variance analysis and providing bridges or variance commentary as required


The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance from a four-year college or university or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. They must also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to identify opportunities for change and anticipate future problems and opportunities.
