Job Title:

Senior Financial Planning Analyst

This role involves maintaining and improving financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. It also requires analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, as well as supporting the annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and improving financial models to support strategic planning.
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Supporting the development of financial reports and dashboards.
  • Partnering with department heads to understand key drivers and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic planning.
  • Strong proficiency with FP&A tools for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
