Experience / Qualifications

  • Zendesk Certified Administrator (Required)
  • Expertise in workflow management and automation, triggers, and queue optimization
  • Knowledge of AI integrations and machine learning algorithms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in reporting and presentation creation
  • Ability to document workflows and suggest process improvements
