Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory items, controlling day-to-day operations, and implementing inventory control protocols. This includes consolidating non-moving and excess inventory by project and recommending possible negotiable terms. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for all pricing-related concerns, including selling price identification, escalation, analysis, and recommendation. They will work closely with Sales and Product Groups to refine, enhance, and maximize pricing strategies, and facilitate pricing proposals and approval in all projects areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or college degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • Real estate experience is a must.
  • Good understanding of inventory and pricing management principles.
  • At least 3 years' experience handling Inventory, Pricing, Terms of Payment, Computation, and P&L preparation.
  • Experienced in working with SAP.
  • Able to communicate information at the appropriate level to sales people, middle, and senior management.
