Job Overview

A Data Operations Analyst plays a critical role in managing and optimizing data processes to support seamless access, analysis, and decision-making across an organization. This position bridges the gap between technical data teams and business operations by designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient controls of data processing systems. Key responsibilities include data trend collection, quality control, reporting, and collaborating with internal development teams to identify and resolve data-related issues, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Data Quality Management:
    • Identify and resolve data quality issues like duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies.
  • Data Pipeline Administration:
    • Manage existing data pipelines to collect data from ingestion, processing, and distribution across different systems.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Analyze operational processes to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • System Maintenance:
    • Maintain and troubleshoot data and reporting systems, including simple data and reporting tools administrative tasks.
  • Operational Ownership:
    • Manage and process existing automated processes. Act as first-level incident support analysts in case of failure and maintenance of Ops Manual for ease of issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Graduate of any IT or Computer related course preferably Engineering, Business Intelligence, Computer Science or Statistics related
  • 3 to 5 years experience
