We are seeking an experienced Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing data and creating reports for clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing data reporting and be proficient in pulling performance data from various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver accurate and clear weekly and monthly performance reports for clients with a focus on quality and timeliness.
  • Collect and consolidate campaign data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot.
  • Present performance metrics in a clear and digestible format that enables clients to understand campaign results at a glance.
  • Verify all reports for accuracy and consistency before submission.
  • Design and maintain standardized reporting templates for efficient and consistent reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the reporting process for faster delivery without sacrificing quality.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and internal stakeholders to align reporting timelines and expectations.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing data reporting or a similar reporting-focused role.
  • Proficient in extracting performance data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail to ensure clean and professional reports.
  • Able to present data clearly to account managers and stakeholders for client-facing delivery.
  • Skilled in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for manual report building; familiarity with Google Data Studio is a plus.
  • Able to manage multiple reporting schedules and meet strict deadlines.
  • Interested in staying updated on new reporting tools and features within key marketing platforms.
