Job Title: Branch Operations Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational functions of the branch, ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processing.
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, maintaining a high level of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise cash handling, balancing, and vault transactions, and ensure that all financial procedures are performed in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of branch processes and operations to provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
  • Coordinate with department heads for procedural updates and staff training, as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services operations is necessary.
  • Solid knowledge of branch processes, compliance, and cash handling procedures is essential.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills are required.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational ability are necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic financial systems.
