The primary role of the Branch Operations Head is to oversee and supervise the daily operations of the branch. This involves ensuring that all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.

Key responsibilities include assisting the Branch Manager in the preparation of annual reports and decision-making processes. The Branch Operations Head is accountable for the administration, control, and physical custody of all accountable forms.

Additionally, this role requires the ability to ensure smooth operational efficiency across various sections of the branch, including accounting, clearing, investment, loan, and foreign sections.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • A strong understanding of branch operations, internal policies, audit systems, and MS Office Applications is essential.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required, as well as a keen attention to detail and ability to think critically.

Qualifications for this position include a college graduate degree in business or accounting with at least 5 years of experience in branch operations within a bank.
