About the Position:
  • This role will involve full cycle management of accounts receivable past due balances including research, analysis and account reconciliations.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive monthly collection targets and resolve customer disputes effectively. This will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with RESELLER customers to understand their procure-to-pay cycles and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customer receivables to identify opportunities to maximize Amazon's cash flow.
  • Analyze and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate and timely collection of payments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with RESELLER customers to understand their procure-to-pay cycles and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or above is preferred.
  • Strong experience in Accounts Receivable is essential.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
