Growth marketing specialists play a vital role in driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and at least one year of relevant experience in marketing channels such as paid social, PPC, and programmatic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute seasonal growth marketing campaigns across digital channels, including paid social, paid search, display, email, and organic social.
  • Create creative assets, links, and supporting documents for review and assist with file organization and brief formatting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on campaign deliverables, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials and assets.
  • Monitor live campaign performance using dashboards and platform tools, updating trackers and performance reports to highlight key metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in marketing channels such as paid social, PPC, and programmatic.
  • Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Additional Details
  • This is a contractual, home-based job requiring eight (8) hours of full-time work, five days a week.
  • Paid overtime may be required.
  • The contract duration may vary depending on business needs.
