
Full-Time Amazon Account Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-driven Amazon VA who excels in FBA operations and is accountable for delivering high-quality results.
This full-time role involves managing an internal company's Amazon presence, focusing on optimizing advertising campaigns, enhancing visibility, and driving growth through strategic solutions.
The ideal candidate has expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a passion for providing tailored support to ensure clients succeed on the Amazon platform in a collaborative environment.
Your Mission: Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account operations.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings for maximum performance.
- Oversee shipment management from creation to delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
- Conduct daily listing checks to guarantee accuracy and optimal performance.
- Respond to customer inquiries with clear, proactive communication, resolving issues efficiently.
- Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and develop actionable solutions.
- Monitor account health & performance metrics, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales revenue.
- Provide general account maintenance and support services.
- At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and optimization.
- Attention to detail and strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, efficient, and results-driven work approach.
- Bonus: Familiarity with business and accounting principles.
