We are seeking a detail-driven Amazon VA who excels in FBA operations and is accountable for delivering high-quality results.

This full-time role involves managing an internal company's Amazon presence, focusing on optimizing advertising campaigns, enhancing visibility, and driving growth through strategic solutions.

The ideal candidate has expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a passion for providing tailored support to ensure clients succeed on the Amazon platform in a collaborative environment.

Your Mission: Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account operations.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings for maximum performance.
  • Oversee shipment management from creation to delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Conduct daily listing checks to guarantee accuracy and optimal performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear, proactive communication, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and develop actionable solutions.
  • Monitor account health & performance metrics, proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales revenue.
  • Provide general account maintenance and support services.
Your Toolbox: Essential Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and optimization.
  • Attention to detail and strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven work approach.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with business and accounting principles.
