Key Responsibilities:

  • Process acquisitions efficiently to list properties promptly.
  • Act as a dedicated customer advocate throughout the settlement process.
  • Review and input contracts/settlement statements accurately, ensuring they are properly recorded in our CRM system.
  • Nurture relationships with title companies to ensure timely settlements.
  • Assist with property marketing by ordering professional photographs, creating online listings, and staging properties.
  • Collaborate with the construction department to ensure projects are completed before listing.
  • Support House Buyers of America's expansion into new geographic markets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the settlement/title industry.
  • High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Excellent communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
