We are seeking a Digital Content Strategist to lead our online content and elevate our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing all content across digital platforms, including copy, imagery, video, voice, editing, uploading, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that reflects the brand and resonates with our audience.
  • Manage all content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor media, social, and pop culture for trending stories relevant to our community.
  • Drive traffic and engagement using SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliates, and social strategies.
  • Optimize the online customer journey to increase conversion through content and personalisation.
  • Conduct in-depth traffic analysis and research to uncover new opportunities for content growth beyond search.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Refine strategies to improve digital experiences and community engagement.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within a digital, content, or lifestyle company.
  • Strong understanding of long customer journeys and community building.
  • Proven experience across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of digital and social organic search, Google Ads, affiliates, and display.
  • Understanding of omni-channel environments (website, CRM, social, advertising).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in driving online traffic and community growth.
  • Proactive, creative, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Confident communicator with experience working across teams and with external stakeholders.
