The goal of this position is to investigate fraud cases and provide relevant information on the nature, root cause and potential impact of the problem.

Responsibilities
  1. Investigate fraud cases, gathering relevant facts and details through specialized investigations and field operations.
  2. Collaborate with other units to ensure that results of fraud investigation are properly endorsed for action.
  3. Provide inputs to drive innovation, process improvements and enhancements in fraud detection and monitoring processes.
  4. Analyze basic facts and information gathered to contribute to findings and evidence.
  5. Document and store evidence and findings according to established protocols.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
