Job Description

The successful candidate will develop and implement a fraud data analytics framework that aligns with local and industry standards. They will support the Fraud Risk Management Team in assessing fraud control requirements for new and existing bank products and processes.

Key responsibilities include supervising overall fraud rule and authentication management, ensuring existing rules and models are performing effectively, developing a fraud database to monitor risk trends, collaborating with Technology Teams on system enhancements, and preparing fraud risk management reports and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in fraud risk management within a bank setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related discipline.
  • Working knowledge of SQL is a must-have.
  • Structured, factual, and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in English written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of Python or SAS is a plus.
  • Experience in machine learning is a plus.
