About the Position:
We seek a detail-oriented professional to assume responsibility for developing and executing social media strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for optimization.

- Analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Design compelling content, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful execution of social media initiatives.
- Support influencer marketing campaigns, including identification, outreach, and partnership management.
- Assist in coordinating partnerships, contracts, and content approvals to ensure campaign success.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics for optimization.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and influencer insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal teams and clients.
- Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Aid in keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide assistance in A/B testing and experimentation to drive better results in search advertising.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate search campaigns with broader digital marketing strategies.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for relevant search terms.
- Audit and optimize technical SEO efforts, including site speed improvements and schema markup implementation.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, and backlink profiles.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO best practices across digital assets.
- Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SMS marketing, and CRM initiatives.
- Develop targeted email and SMS campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and scheduling.
- Manage CRM tools and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate direct marketing efforts with broader digital marketing strategies.
- Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in digital marketing strategy and execution.
- Stay informed about market developments and opportunities within the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
- Keep abreast of digital marketing techniques and trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Share industry knowledge openly and regularly with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing with a desire to learn and grow in each area.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite products.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional results and contributing to client success.
- Prior internship or relevant work experience in digital marketing is a plus but not required.
