Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry landscape.
  • Communicate campaign updates, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Address client concerns promptly and maintain positive relationships.
Project and Campaign Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage campaigns effectively.
  • Set realistic timelines, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Align campaign execution with client needs and goals.
Account Growth and Upselling:
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and growth.
  • Support contract renewals and propose enhancements to existing services.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and strategies.
Performance Reporting:
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Review key performance indicators (KPIs) with clients and adjust strategies accordingly.
Industry Awareness and Strategy:
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Bring innovative ideas and solutions to client strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role or relevant field.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Experience with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management software is a plus.
