Job Summary:

Northern Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Consultant, Client Change. In this position, you will be responsible for carrying out small to medium activities/projects with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Relationship Managers and Client Service Delivery Managers on various initiatives and key priority projects, ensuring operational changes and efficiency requirements are implemented within the Client Service team. You will also liaise with project leads to ensure communication and smooth implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out small to medium activities/projects with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
  • Work closely with RMs/CSDMs on various initiatives and key priority projects
  • Liaise with project leads to ensure communication and smooth implementation
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
