Technical Leader for Dynamics 365

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Leader to lead our Dynamics 365 team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of our platform and ensuring its scalability, reliability, and security.

Your primary focus will be on overseeing the architectural vision and guiding the implementation of tailored solutions that align with client business requirements. You will also serve as a technical authority, making strategic decisions on architecture, integrations, and customisation to optimise client outcomes.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the technical management and solution architecture of our Dynamics 365 platform
  • Define and guide the architectural vision, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across the platform
  • Serve as a technical authority, making strategic decisions on architecture, integrations, and customisation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Dynamics initiatives with broader organisational goals
  • Represent the organisation publicly, whether through conferences, online platforms, or industry events
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in Dynamics 365, including technical management and solution architecture
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing technical teams
  • Deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies
  • Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrable experience representing an organisation publicly
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure preferred
Work Conditions:

This role is fully remote, with occasional travel required. You will also be expected to manage irregular hours and on-call responsibilities.
