We are seeking an experienced professional to optimize system functionality and implement customized reporting solutions.

This role involves hands-on collaboration with business leaders to streamline workflows, enhance financial reporting, and ensure seamless navigation through the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform.

  • Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules
  • Design and implement tailored reporting solutions based on operational and financial requirements
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on system usage and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing updates and maintenance when required
  • Document system changes, configurations, and training materials
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (minimum 2–3 years)
  • Expertise in custom reporting, financial modules, and integration strategies
  • Familiarity with Power BI and SQL for reporting and data analytics
  • Knowledge of business process workflows and ERP implementation
  • Ability to diagnose system performance issues and apply corrective measures
