Email Marketing Professional

As an Email Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for leading our email marketing efforts and developing strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and testing.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in retention/email marketing or digital campaign execution, with a proven track record of success using Klaviyo. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue
  • Audit and optimize email automation flows to improve performance
  • Manage advanced audience segmentation and list hygiene
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and share actionable insights

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in retention/email marketing or digital campaign execution
  • Proven success using Klaviyo (required), experience with HubSpot or Mailchimp a bonus
  • Strong understanding of email/SMS automation flows, segmentation, and testing
  • Experience in eCommerce, preferably with US, AU, or EU markets
  • Basic HTML/CSS (preferred) for email troubleshooting and customization
  • Strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics and Excel
  • Attention to detail and time management to meet campaign deadlines
