We are seeking a skilled content developer to create engaging and informative materials in support of an education-focused client specializing in financial services.

This role involves crafting high-quality, educational content for various mediums including certification courses, blogs, and whitepapers, while collaborating with the client's writing teams to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Develop clear and compelling copy that educates and informs across multiple formats (e.g. blog posts, learning modules, assessments, surveys, articles, whitepapers).
  • Evaluate content briefs to understand assigned tasks and underlying objectives; seek additional information as necessary.
  • Foster collaboration with client subject matter experts and teams to grasp key takeaways, calls-to-action, and desired behaviors.
  • Maintain adherence to client brand and editorial standards.
  • Apply feedback from client teams and quality control editors.
  • Cultivate partnerships with client teams, proposing suggestions and ideas to enhance content.

Our ideal candidate is a creative and collaborative writer with expertise in developing educational content for adult learners.

A background in finance, risk management, or financial crime prevention would be advantageous.



About This Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing skills, a deep understanding of adult learning principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A background in finance or related fields is desirable but not essential.
