We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our team at Metacom Solutions. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing SuccessFactors modules, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of relevant IT or Operations experience, preferably in SAP HCM/IT HR/PeopleSoft HCM. Additionally, they should possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent executive presence. You should be able to understand critical success factors for our clients and their industry, as well as assess and shape business solutions using your knowledge of industry, geographical, and technology trends.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a shifting schedule and hybrid work setup. Our location is Taguig - McKinley, Muntinlupa-Alabang, Mandaluyong, Quezon City Cubao. In this role, you will:

  • Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules.
  • Deliver exceptional results to our clients.
