Metacom Solutions is a leading provider of Workday HCM solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled HCM Implementation Specialist to join our team.

Salary Range: PHP 150,000 - PHP 200,000 per month, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementing SuccessFactors modules. As an HCM Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and deploying Workday HCM solutions for our clients. Your expertise in SAP HCM/IT HR/PeopleSoft HCM will enable you to drive business outcomes through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules, including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training, and deployment activities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our solutions and services

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors modules
  • 3-5 years of relevant IT or operations experience in SAP HCM/IT HR/PeopleSoft HCM
  • 2-3 years of experience as an HR business user, HR IT administrator, or similar role within HR
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated academic achievement in tertiary qualifications, including business, economics, engineering, law, or science
