SuccessFactors HCM Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors HCM implementation specialist to join our team at Metacom Solutions.

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to drive the implementation of SuccessFactors HCM modules, working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop effective solutions.

• Configure and implement SuccessFactors HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and develop functional design.
• Lead user acceptance testing, training, and deployment activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and present solutions using various methods, including client-facing presentations and demos.
• Collaborate with clients to define business processes, software development, and systems integration.

• At least 1 year of experience in configuring and implementing SuccessFactors HCM modules.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant IT or operations experience, preferably in SAP HCM/IT HR/PeopleSoft HCM.
• 2-3 years of experience as a human resource business user, HR IT administrator, or similar role within HR.
• Experience in all aspects of SuccessFactors HCM implementation, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

• Demonstrated academic achievement in tertiary qualifications, including Business, Economics, Engineering, Law, or Science.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with excellent executive presence.
• Able to plan and coordinate own and/or team's work activities to meet commitments and quality expectations.

We offer a competitive salary of PHP 250,000 - PHP 350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
