We are seeking a skilled and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our operations team in managing and maintaining online business profiles and social media accounts.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), Instagram, LinkedIn, Shopify & Go High Level.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Sustain SEO and content optimization strategies across web and social platforms.
  • Update and maintain websites using HTML and light web coding as needed - Wordpress.
  • Assist with e-commerce content, promotions, and product updates on Shopify.
  • Perform various tasks on Go High Level, SMS & large email marketing platforms.
Digital Marketing and Platform Management:
  • Manage the Director's schedule, arrange meetings, and track key deadlines.
  • Support email correspondence, task follow-ups, and day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and digital filing systems.
  • Support internal communication and coordination with franchisees and partners.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 for all core administrative functions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in digital marketing with proven knowledge of Google platforms.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and social media marketing tools.
  • Competency in website editing and HTML.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and major Office tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay proactive.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing their performance, and sustaining SEO and content optimization strategies. You will also be required to update and maintain websites using HTML and light web coding, assist with e-commerce content and product updates, and perform various tasks on Go High Level and other platforms.
