Senior Care Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Care Social Media Coordinator. This role combines digital marketing expertise with strong organizational abilities, supporting both external communications and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and schedule meaningful, brand-aligned content across social media platforms to engage with families and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement paid campaigns that support client outreach and caregiver recruitment goals.
  • Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries on social platforms while maintaining a professional online presence.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategy.
  • Develop engaging stories, caregiver spotlights, and educational articles to share on social media platforms.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management or administrative support, preferably in the senior care industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven ability to create compelling content and grow online communities.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in social media management tools.
