Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to lead our marketing automation initiatives across the organization.

About the Role
  • This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and enhancing automated marketing campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure seamless data flow between platforms, drive lead nurturing programs, and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver measurable impact.
Your Background
  • You should hold a bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus). Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud) is also necessary.
  • Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs is crucial.
