Global S/4HANA Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the implementation of S/4HANA across our global operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive programme strategy, ensuring seamless integration with business teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a detailed programme roadmap, including key milestones and deliverables
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Oversee systems integration partners to ensure alignment between business and technology solutions
  • Manage programme budget, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery
  • Drive adoption of standardised processes while respecting regulatory and compliance requirements
About You
  • Proven track record of leading complex, global S/4HANA or SAP transformation programmes (full lifecycle)
  • Strong background in programme governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management at C-suite level
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
  • Ability to influence at senior level and lead diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills
  • Fluent English; Spanish or other European languages would be an advantage
