Job Title: Senior Case Manager
Key Responsibilities and Expectations- Liaise with management, staff, and internal/external stakeholders to gain commitments and negotiate service delivery, priorities, deadlines, and resources.
- Utilize experience working within a legislative framework that underpins core service delivery areas.
- Develop and maintain ongoing working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Possession of a driver's license (minimum C class Australian license) is mandatory.
- Ability to work hours outside normal work hours, undertake travel to other locations or temporarily work from an alternate location may be required.
- Completion of Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) within 12 months of commencing employment is essential.
