Job Opportunity: Senior Office Manager

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to serve as a senior office manager. This role will be responsible for managing the chief executive officer's calendar, email, and travel arrangements while also overseeing general office operations, coordinating logistics, and supporting team communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's inbox, calendar, meetings, and travel
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Office Administration & Team Support:
  • Oversee general office operations, suppliers, and internal processes
  • Coordinate logistics, events, and internal communications
  • Maintain office systems and documentation
  • Support with finance tasks and liaise with the finance team

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability
  • Able to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, project management software, CRMs)

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with events management and/or social media management is a plus; openness to mentoring in investor relations
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-through
