Job Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a luxury wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the entire marketing journey and shape the strategy for this ambitious project.

This full-time position involves working directly with the founder to create systems and drive results that will bring this vision to life. You'll have the freedom to build the brand's presence and generate qualified leads for off-plan villa sales from international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Generate qualified leads using online marketing campaigns to drive sales of off-plan villas.
  • Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content and optimize Reels, stories, and posts for maximum reach.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Establish a structured funnel and lead qualification system to filter for serious investors.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • A strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • The ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • A creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
