Job Description:

The role of Social Media Manager is crucial in shaping the online presence of a luxury skincare brand. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of social engagement metrics.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing compelling content strategies for Instagram and other platforms. This involves managing our online brand presence, collaborating with influencers, and coordinating campaigns to elevate brand awareness and user engagement.

  • Develop and implement social media content calendars aligned with monthly campaigns and product launches
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals and content
  • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Monitor influencer performance and track engagement metrics
  • Engage with our online community through comments, direct messages, and story interactions
  • Provide regular reports on engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on data
  • Stay up-to-date with beauty industry trends, competitor activity, and viral formats
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury brands is essential for this role. The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills
  • Experience using tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
