Job Overview

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.

  • Schedule candidates for interviews while coordinating calendars and communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Monitor and track recruiting activities across the firm, providing consistent feedback to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership teams
  • Create and maintain a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding
  • Administer recruiting assessments and assignments to evaluate candidates' skills
  • Maintain data integrity in our applicant tracking system
  • Prepare onboarding sessions for new employees

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  2. Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone)
  3. Reliable internet connection for disruption-free video and audio calls
  4. A quiet workspace with a professional background for video interviews

Requirements Include:

  1. At least 1 year of administrative experience
  2. Strong team collaboration skills
  3. Proactive project management skills
