  • We're hiring a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support one or more executives at a skilled trades company. You'll manage calendars, coordinate meetings, organize emails, assist with reporting, and handle administrative tasks.
Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. They will be fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills, have 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or similar administrative role, and possess strong organizational and time management skills. Tech-savvy individuals who are comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp) will be preferred. The successful candidate will also be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision. Experience supporting leadership in a service-based or trades company is a plus. What You'll Do:
