Key Role Summary:

We're seeking a skilled professional to represent our partner brands in the skilled trades industry.

This role involves handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues with professionalism and urgency.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat support effectively
  • Book service appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Input customer details and service notes into CRM and scheduling platforms
  • Provide clear information regarding services, pricing, and expectations
  • Follow up on scheduled services and pending customer issues
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, clarity, and responsiveness

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service, call center, or support experience (remote work preferred)
  • Strong background in construction, home services, or skilled trades industries
  • Comfortable working with tech tools (CRMs, VoIP, scheduling systems)
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail and excellent time management
