
Appointment Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our team as an Appointment Coordinator. In this role, you'll play a vital part in growing our business by connecting with potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to discuss their needs and schedule consultations
- Scheduling meetings between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
- Ensuring all interactions meet the highest standards and requirements of the company
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Delivering accurate and timely reports
To succeed in this fast-paced role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or Telesales Representative
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- A strong internet connection and designated professional workspace
- The ability to work effectively on a graveyard shift
