Role Summary:

The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Liaison: Ensure seamless coordination with clients, in-house teams, and external partners regarding after-sales service issues and schedules.
  • Customer Resolution: Identify optimal solutions to customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution to customer complaints.
  • Service Enhancement: Recommend strategies to improve service quality, productivity, and profitability.
  • Performance Management: Manage the performance and output of a team of customer relations specialists. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.
  • Process Optimization: Identify, suggest, and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer experience.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Update internal knowledge bases with relevant information and lead training sessions for new team members.
  • VIP Client Management: Handle high-profile client relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Business Suite (GDocs, GSheet, GSlides) and Microsoft Office.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience.
